Where to go

How to Get to Canada?

Canada is a country of modern megacities and natural parks, surpassing Europe in area.

In the Bay of Fundy, travellers observe fantastic tides — the water rises to 16 meters. On the border of Canada and the USA, they admire the majestic Niagara Falls. In the fortress of Louisbourg, they study the life of the French colonists of the 18th century. In Toronto, they climb to the observation deck of CN Tower, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.

Still, getting a visa Canada is difficult: travellers have been waiting for applications to be approved for more than six months.

However, the Government of Canada has developed a program for highly qualified professionals with secondary vocational or higher education, work experience at the level of the declared education and a confident command of English and/or French. This unique program makes it possible to obtain the status of a Canadian resident even before entry and come to Canada immediately with almost all the rights of a Canadian: to work, to free education for children, to social programs from free medical care to government assistance on many issues.

Family members (husband/wife, including in civil marriage, if they lived together for at least 1 year, and children under the age of 19) they can leave together with the main applicant and get the same rights. Everyone will have multi-vises, and you can come home an unlimited number of times, but to obtain citizenship it is important to live in Canada for 3 out of 5 years, and stay in Canada physically for 1,095 days. To be a permanent resident of Canada at the time of application.

Days spent in Canada with the status of temporary resident (tourist, student, temporary worker) are counted as half a day with a maximum value of 365 days. The previous citizenship is retained.

The visa application is processed with the help of an agency or independently on the government website of Canada. They complete a questionnaire and receive an individual list of documents. You can get acquainted with the sample list using the test on the government’s website. For example, travellers provide copies of passport pages with stamps and visas, a four-month bank statement, a form with information about family members and other documents.
